Dr Ana Sevilla-Pavón (International PhD in Applied Linguistics, Universitat Politècnica de València, Spain and UMass Amherst, United States) is Assistant Professor at the University of Valencia, researcher at the IULMA Institute and the SILVA and TALIS groups, and coordinator of the government-funded iTECLA project. She has participated in numerous international projects and conferences, and published journal articles (British Journal of Educational Technology, Ibérica, Revista de Educación a Distancia, among others), books and book chapters (Cambridge Scholars, Springer, De Gruyter, Equinox). She has done research stays at UNICAMP, Brazil; Universidade de Lisboa, Portugal; Utrecht University, Netherlands; and Kwantlen Polytechnic University, Canada. She has been a guest lecturer as part of the Erasmus+ scheme at the University of Iceland, Aalto University in Finland and Cyprus University of Technology. Her current research interests include Online Intercultural Exchanges, Courseware Design, Computer Assisted Language Learning and Testing, MOOCs and 21st Century Learning.

She is a member of the Brazilian music band Os Motivaos, whose repertoire includes different forró rhythms (xote, baiao, arrastapé) and samba.

She is also a member of the choral group VOCES DE BABEL:

 

Voces de Babel (VdB) is a choral group which specialises in providing live music for weddings and other events in Valencia and surroundings.

VdB is made up of several sopranos, as well as other collaborators based on individual preferences and needs.

 

Es una de las componentes del grupo de música Os Motivaos, cuyo repertorio incluye diferentes ritmos de forró (xote, baiao arrastapé) y samba.

Voces de Babel es una agrupación coral especializada en proporcionar música en directo para bodas y otros eventos en Valencia y alrededores.

VdB está compuesta de varias sopranos,  así como otros músicos colaboradores, en función de las necesidades y preferencias individuales.
